Cash rewards are given for each Rampage completed.
Fot completing all 20 Rampages your rewards is the M60 (heavy machine gun) which spawns outside each of your safehouses.

1. Chinatown
Location: Behind the Oil Be Back massage parlor on the corner, beyond a grey divider. Object: Destroy 10 vehicles in 2 minutes with the Rocket Launcher. Strategy: This one is rather simple. Just step onto the street and keep a fair amount of distance between you and the cars. Shoot them! It's best to hit vehicles in traffic, as it will destroy more vehicles this way. It may be best to keep one jacked, so you can drive to a new location once the source runs dry.
2. Chinatown
Location: In the alley with three entrances, near the Hidden Package. Object: Gun down 30 Triads in 2 minutes with the AK-47. Strategy: It's best to grab some Armor before attempting this one. You definitely have the advantage over the opposition in terms of weaponry. The weapon you've got will cut through enemies faster than practically any other weapon in the game, outside of the harder-to-maneuver Rocket Launcher. Just step outside and blast away, switching targets immediately after one falls. They should keep coming. Hop into a car and look for more in Chinatown, if not.
3. Saint Mark's
Location: Behind a wall across from the gas station. Objective: Burn 7 vehicles in 2 minutes using Molotovs. Strategy: It's best to do this after completing the Firetruck Vigilante mission, as you'll be immune to being scorched. It's best to go after parked cars in the car lot and to torch the gas station, as cars tend to go there. Wonder why?
4. Saint Mark's
Location: In the long alley. Objective: Kill 25 Leone mafia in 2 minutes with the Shotgun. Strategy: Easily the hardest of the six Portland Rampages, as the Leone mafia really packs some serious heat, and you're bearing down on them with one of the weakest weapons in the game. Normally, finding tons of gang members is the toughest part of a Rampage, but avoiding huge crowds of Leones will be the toughest part of all, as they'll definitely smoke you. If you need health, search the alley as you march forward.
5. Harwood
Location: Beside Borgnine Taxis, near Head Radio. Objective: Incinerate 25 Diablos in 2 minutes with the Flamethrower. Strategy: Hop down from where you're at and chase down any of the redly-dressed Diablos and go into your attack stance. Let them have some fire! Hop into a fast moving vehicle and go cruisin' to look for more Diablos in the Red Light District and Hepburn Heights only-�primarily the latter.
6. Portland View
Location: In the corner of the map, above where it slants. Objective: Run over 30 pedestrians in 2 minutes. Strategy: This one is the easiest Rampage in the entire game. Just grab a vehicle and run over 30 pedestrians! The dock sidewalks are a decent target. Just go have fun killing people!
Staunton
7. Belleville Park
Location: In the park itself, atop the small island in the pond. Objective: Murder 30 pedestrians in 2 minutes with the Shotgun. Strategy: This one shouldn't be too tough, since you're not attacking armed gang members or anything of the sort. Just run around targeting pedestrians. Anyone counts: gang members, cops, whores, old people, old whores... you name it, they count for a kill.
8. Belleville Park
Location: In the beautifully lit strip to the east of the park, by the central doors. Objective: Destroy 10 vehicles in 2 minutes with the Grenades. Strategy: This is another fairly easy Rampage. Steal a car for yourself, and keep it parked near you. Hop out at a stoplight and throw a grenade at the vehicle at the front of the light. This will likely cause a chain reaction, plowing through the rest of the traffic. When all vehicles have been destroyed here, hop into yours and travel until you find more vehicles at a stoplight.
9. Rockford
Location: In the western side of the hospital. Objective: Assassinate 30 Forellis in 2 minutes with the M4. Strategy: This one, again, isn't as hard as the vast majority of the other Rampages in the game. The Forellis can gang up on you sometimes, although it is pretty much at random. If you kill them before they can generate around you, you'll be fine, and you have to keep in mind that you have a mighty weapon to use.
10. Belleville Park
Location: In front of the city hall government building. Objective: Massacre 25 pedestrians in 2 minutes with the Chainsaw. Strategy: The easy part? You're facing unarmed pedestrians that you can blindly slice in two, for the most part. The hard part? You run slow with this thing equipped, and you will likely alert the police by chewing flesh up with that chainsaw. You can run by pedestrians and lock on to slice them while on the run. You're in a crowded area, but the cops firing at you will make the peds run away. Damn.
11. Bedford Point
Location: On Donald Love's building, in the shrubs. Objective: Run over 40 pedestrians in 2 minutes. Strategy: Quickly hop into a car and head up north through the streets, rolling over the sidewalks as you travel: at high speeds. Just ride up north and go down south after going through the central region.
12. Bedford Point
Location: In a "pizza" shaped alleyway between stores in the southwest corner of Staunton. Objective: Kill 30 Yakuza in 2 minutes with the Shotgun. Strategy: You're placed in a nasty area with little place to take cover with one of the worst weapons in the game for Rampages. You'll need some Armor before entering this mission, and a fast yet accuracy trigger finger. Since you have to kill 30, keep a getaway vehicle nearby so you can go towards the northeast around the corner to grab the health.
13. Torrington
Location: In the underground parking lot, behind the shrubs. Objective: Kill 25 Yakuza in 2 minutes with the Flamethrower. Strategy: This one can get tricky, as the Flamethrower must be used while being completely still, never running or even barely moving. We highly recommend bringing some Armor along and pissing a bunch of Yakuza off, and spinning in circles with letting your flames burn'em down. You might take a little damage while training them, but you'll win the war fairly quickly this way.
Shoreside Vale
14. Francis Intl. Airport
Location: On the grassy knoll near Pike Creek's south entrance. Objective: Snipe 25 pedestrians in 2 minutes with the Sniper Rifle. Strategy: This requires very little strategy, as you can simply stay exactly where you are and zoom in to the right to find tons of pedestrians. When you get done killing everyone in sight, look to the left and look back towards the right to find a fresh set of faces to blow off.
15. Pike Creek
Location: On the rooftop in the lot. Get over there by climbing the stairs to the rooftop across from it and leap from rooftop to rooftop. Objective: Destroy 10 vehicles in 2 minutes with the Rocket Launcher. Strategy: This is a piece of cake. You're already at a safe distance, away from the police and at pure sniping range. Just look for cars and shoot them! It's really not that hard, unless traffic is slow.
16. Pike Creek
Location: In the Liberty Pharmaceuticals lot. Objective: Blow away 25 Colombians in 2 minutes with the Shotgun. Strategy: Yet another "Kill so-and-so with the Shotgun" Rampage. These Rampages are incredibly tough due to how crappy the Shotgun is compared to what the mobsters that you're trying to off are using. Take cover beyond the pillars after luring some Colombians to you. Take care of them and grab the Adrenaline Pill, if needed. The paramedics will revive the same set of Colombians over and over again, making this a lot easier than luring tens of them to you at once.
17. Cochrane Dam
Location: Out on one of the circular towers. Objective: Massacre 35 pedestrians in 2 minutes with the Chainsaw. Strategy: There are tons of pedestrians roaming all over around the Cochrane Dam, which will certainly work to your advantage. As you did with the previous Massacre Rampages, perform run-by slicings, where you run through a crowded area, target an enemy and cut right through their torsos without even blinking an eye.
18. Cedar Grove
Location: Beside one of the easterly houses. Objective: Run over 35 Colombians in 2 minutes. Strategy: The obvious strategy here is to use a bulletproof vehicle, or a security truck. Something of that sort, as they can really take a beating before going dead, and the Colombians have some sturdy firepower to riddle your ride with. Just charge up and down the streets continuously along the sidewalks, running down anyone and everyone you see!
19. Wichita Gardens
Location: Within an enclave in one of the projects. Objective: Drive-by-shoot 8 vehicles until they explode in 2 minutes. Strategy: Simply have a sturdy vehicle that can stop traffic (we're thinking a security car or maybe even a simple Rumpo van) and cut off traffic. Begin drive-by shooting their engines until they catch fire, in turn you should get the fudge out of there! It's easiest to destroy vehicles that are stopped at stoplights, or by cutting them off into walls before shooting them up.
20. Wichita Gardens
Location: Near a doorway by the garage in the ghetto. Objective: Kill 40 pedestrians in 2 minutes with the Molotovs. Strategy: This one can be quite a pain in the rear, as you'll have to find large groups of enemies to burn at once. It's not too hard near the outer-sidewalks, and it really helps to have completed the Firefighter Vigilante mission to be immune to the flames, as you can simply run around throwing Molotovs everywhere. Be sure to time your throws, as that will be the key to winning! |

I don't get it!
You're saying you get $5,000 for completing a rampage, yet when I completed one I only got $50.
Does the reward building up?

So I think that means * as in multiply, so the reward is increased by $5000 every time you complete one.
No idea why you only got $50 though.
