For anyone that's interested, I've just been reading a topic over at gtaforums

edisoncarter has converted the CheatDevice spawn any vehicle codes to work on the PS2 with GameShark Smile

(See list below)
So far he's only done the NTSC (US/Canada) codes since the EU version isn't out yet.

And even better than that, it sounds as though most of the codes for PSP CheatDevice can be converted, even constuction mode!

Master Codes - If the first one doesn't work try one of the others.
