GTA IV cheats

GTA IV does cheats in-world: you pull out Niko's phone and dial a number to summon health, weapons or a vehicle. It's the same across PC, PlayStation and Xbox — no button combos to memorise.

How to enter them

Bring up the phone, dial the number and press call. The cheat triggers immediately, and dialled cheats are saved in the phone's history so you can re-use them.

Some of the well-known numbers

482-555-0100 — restore health & armour.
267-555-0100 — remove your wanted level.
486-555-0100 — weapons; 486-555-0150 — advanced weapons.
468-555-0100 — spawn a Comet (sports car).
227-555-0142 — spawn an Annihilator (helicopter).

Heads up: entering any cheat blocks some Achievements/Trophies for that save (the game warns you), and a couple can't be undone — use a separate save if you're still going for 100%.
