- Steam — GTA IV: The Complete Edition (includes both episodes; the modern release removed the old Games for Windows Live requirement).

There is no official mobile version of GTA IV — any "GTA IV APK" is fake, so avoid it.
Avoid pirated copies. Cracked GTA IV downloads and fake APKs are a
common malware vector. The official Complete Edition is inexpensive and safe.
